The Joys of Being Young

So often when we think of a photo session, we have images in our heads of the perfect smile, the perfect day, our toddlers showing off. This session captures what it’s like to be nearly two. This session fills me with so much joy.

There is so much magic in being young. I adored the way these parents loved on their boy and each other. As a photographer, I am always looking beyond the “smile at the camera” and want to see who my clients are. This filled me with all of it. The love of being parents, the silliness, the laughs, the kisses. It filled me with the joys of being small – playing and splashing, running from parents, discovering new things.

Enjoy this precious moment – it goes by sooooo quickly!
