Kevin and Alex’s Surprise Proposal at DT Fleming Beach

When Kevin emailed saying he wanted to surprise Alex with a message in a bottle proposal we were so excited! I quickly got to work with Maile Maui Weddings to help hatch our plan. Kevin sent us the bottle with the note inside and being that a winter swell was coming in, we felt that DT Fleming would be the perfect place to plant the bottle among the driftwood that came in with the waves.

Me and Ryenne (my daughter) were playing on the beach and I was taking pictures of her so that Alex wouldn’t suspect anything. We were hiding out in the bushes a little bit when they came walking down the beach and Alex immediately spotted the bottle! It went exactly as planned. Congratulations Alex and Kevin!
