Maluaka Beach Maui Wedding

Marisa and Michael flew in from Miami to have a Maui destination wedding. We were going to be on the North end of Maluaka Beach, but upon arrival the tide was too high. We went to the South end instead and it was absolutely beautiful. I loved capturing Michael’s face when he saw his beautiful bride for the first time. She was absolutely stunning. Thank you to Dan Sanchez Salon for her beautiful hair and Jessica Waite for her makeup. Her amazing bouquet was made by Marisa herself! I think she could easily go into business making bouquets – girl has floral talent!

The ceremony was filled with moments of happy tears and moments of laughter. Pastor Laki Kaahumanu presided over the ceremony. I think Marisa and Michael enjoyed the amount of kissing throughout. Hawaii ceremonies are definitely filled with more kissing than their mainland counterparts.

After their ceremony, we got to play on the beach and had a beautiful sunset. Maluaka Beach sure has it’s share of amazing sunsets.
