Tom and Ginger have been bringing their kids to Kaanapali Maui for over 20 years. It’s their Happy Place. This year they came for Ginger’s birthday and her kids scheduled a photo shoot to remember this time together. As Amanda puts it, “I want to remember the love, the moment, the family bond. The happy smiles, the feeling of freedom.” — I can’t think of a better place than the beach to spend time together as a family, to feel the ocean froth wash upon our feet, to understand the spirit of ALOHA, to celebrate being a family.

I had such a fun time connecting with this family, playing with the kiddos, getting smiles in a sneaky way sometimes. It was a total blast making pictures of these moments. Thanks so much for having me!
