I am so honored to be asked to capture children as they grow. I’ve photographed Landis and her brother since Landis was 5 days old. Every time I see her, she grows more and more lovely. And of course I love catching up with her Mama on all the goings on. They are just a really awesome family.

Fortunately we had some rain and Rain Lilies popped up all over Happy Cow Ranch in South Austin. Big Brother Markus was loving the flowers from the moment he got out of the car.

I had a very special helper for this photo shoot. My daughter Ryenne came along to help the kiddos smile (she jumped in for some playtime too). She did a wonderful job and I’m looking forward to taking her on more shoots. She said it was “the best day ever” on the way home. Heart melt!
