Shuo and Phoebe were my very last shoot/wedding of 2013. We met for a late morning ceremony at Maluaka Beach in Makena and we were all thankful for a brisk Northerly wind as it was a cool 80 degrees and the beach was left almost completely to just us. We had such a gorgeous end of the beach for the ceremony – it was completely perfect. Using her traditional name, Ming, for the ceremony, Shuo and Phoebe said “I Do” with a few beach goers looking on and a round of applause after their first kiss as husband and wife. It was such a sweet moment! The light was just right for me as well – not too bright and not too shady – the perfect mix to capture this couple in love on gorgeous Maui. I loved being their photographer! Congratulations Shuo and Phoebe!
