Helping teams align priorities, improve communication, navigate complexity, and move important work forward.
Projects succeed when people communicate clearly, priorities stay aligned, risks are addressed early, and teams know what they're working toward.
That's the work I've spent the last decade doing.
Sometimes through project and program management.
Sometimes through operational structure and process improvement.
And often through helping teams move forward when the path isn't obvious.

Leadership looks different in hard moments.
Following the Lahaina Fire on Maui, I helped coordinate donation logistics and mental health access for displaced families while navigating uncertainty in my own life.
Working alongside volunteers, therapists, and community partners, we built systems that connected support to people who needed it quickly.
The experience reinforced something I already believed:
Good operations should always be human-centered.
That experience shaped the decision to eventually leave Maui and continue growing beyond the islands, bringing my deeply rooted values and my Kuleana into new communities and new systems of work.
I'm exploring opportunities in public sector, operations, project and program management, and mission-driven organizations.
I also take on select consulting work supporting teams that need structure, alignment, and forward movement.
