Chary and Rick got married five years ago at the gorgeous Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua on Maui. It was a gorgeous wedding! Beautiful weather, beautiful location, gorgeous bride and groom. After their return back to California, life got busy – I think they even moved because the email’s and addresses I had on file weren’t working.

Fast forward FIVE YEARS. Yes…. FIVE YEARS. I get a phone call, “This is Rick. I don’t know if you remember us… but we got married on Maui in 2005…You did our Maui wedding photography.” Yes! I remember every single client. Even ones from waaaaaay back.

Chary and Rick had never chosen images for their wedding album so I was excited to get this project going for them. I pulled their images from the archive and got to work on their Couture Wedding book. It was like stepping back in time remembering moments of their big day.  The wedding album just arrived today and will be heading out to California on Monday.

A little side note: Chary & Rick’s file has sat in my pending box the longest of any other client. We had a fun little ceremony today removing it to the “completed” section of work. 🙂

There are still some couples and families that have their files in my “pending” box. It’s never too late to get your project going. Please also remember that Couture Books are an amazing album company. Aside from being a “Green” album supplier, they also donate a portion of the proceeds of every book toward certain charities.
