This session was so near and dear to my heart. Christie is a dear friend, talented photographer, sweet mom, and totally gorgeous. When she told me she wanted to do a vintage inspired, 1940’s style photo shoot, my heart did little somersaults.
The day of our session came and I was nervous the weather would hold out for us. It did. And then Cruz slept about 3 hours the night beforehand. I was so exhausted and yet here we had this gorgeous day and this gorgeous family with my very favorite theme. So I went a little overboard on my coffee to get me through (thank goodness for caffeine!).
Thank you Christie, Adam, and your beautiful boys for bringing so much inspiration to this shoot. I’m so glad we had some topical Benadryl on hand – Little Guy crawled right into a giant ant pile 🙁
